My career has allowed me to become an employee research specialist. Over the last 12 years I have provided strategic employee research advice and guidance to organisations of all shapes and sizes (from 50 employees up to 25,000), in a range of industries and in both the public and private sectors. My clients tend to be Board level Directors, but I am equally at home facilitating focus groups with ‘shop-floor’ staff.
My 20 year career has included market research and consulting roles in a number of organisations. I joined Southbank Consulting in 1997. There, I developed the employee research arm of the business, before becoming Managing Partner in 2002. I was also one of three Directors at equalta between 2005 and 2009. I am one of only a handful of Certified Trainers in the UK for Mindjet’s MindManager software.
