1997 to 2004 - Southbank Consulting
Following 10 years working for other UK based market research and consulting firms, Rich joined Southbank Consulting in 1997. There, he was responsible for the business development within the employee research arm of the company. This was highly successful and Rich was promoted to Managing Partner in 2002.
2005 to 2009 - equalta ltd
As one of three Directors at equalta, Rich continued to develop the range of employee research tools used by the business. Online surveys, paper based surveys and various other methodologies were used to collect ‘soft’ data (attitudes and opinions) and then discover the key drivers of engagement within each particular client organisation.
When relevant, Rich’s colleagues at equalta would handle the HR consulting and organisational change projects that came as a result of the employee research work. Morale Solutions and equalta continue to have a very close working relationship, offering each other’s services to clients and also working together on certain types of teambuilding events.
2009 onwards - Morale Solutions Ltd
Rich left equalta ltd in the Autumn of 2009. Rich has a desire to offer a combination of bespoke employee research advice for larger organisations whilst at the same time offering a series of off-the-shelf products aimed at the micro-end of the business market.
Just in case you didn’t read this above, Morale Solutions and equalta continue to have a very close working relationship, offering each other’s services to clients and also working together on certain types of teambuilding events.
