Richard Lambert

BA (Hons.), Certificate in Performance Coaching for Business, Member of the Market Research Society

My career has allowed me to become an employee research specialist. Since 1997, I have provided strategic employee research advice and guidance to organisations of all shapes and sizes (from 50 employees up to 25,000), in a range of industries and in both the public and private sectors. My clients tend to be Board level Directors, but I am equally at home facilitating focus groups with ‘shop-floor’ staff.

My 25 year career in market research and consulting has involved me working for a number of UK media companies, and then I joined Southbank Consulting in 1997. There, I developed the employee research arm of the business, before becoming Managing Partner in 2002. I was also one of three Directors at equalta between 2005 and 2009.

I am one of only a handful of Certified Trainers in the UK for Mindjet’s MindManager software.

Rich says…

“I am married with 5 children. Spare time is obviously at a premium, but I have a passion for Arsenal and still dream of a call-up following my weekly 5-a-side exploits. I run 3-4 times a week, have completed numerous half-marathons and just the one London Marathon… so far!”

Adele Lambert

BSc (Hons.)

I’ve got a background in (market) research and analysis, following a number of roles within the UK commercial television industry. I worked for TV marketing and consulting firms TSMS and Paradigm (Worldwide).

Based on detailed strategic analyses, I provided guidance to senior ITV managers about options in series scheduling and the maximisation of commercial airtime revenues. I feel very at home when presenting research findings to Board Directors.

Following a career break, during which I’ve had 4 children, my role at Morale Solutions means I’ll take responsibility for the behind-the-scenes employee survey data management, analysis and reporting side of the business.

Adele says…

“I’m now ready for a new challenge after being a stay-at-home mum for the last 10 years! In my spare time, I go the the gym 4 times per week, which is just as well because I have a liking for carrot cake and cappuccino.!”
