My career has allowed me to become an employee engagement specialist. Since 1997, I have provided strategic employee engagement advice and guidance to organisations of all shapes and sizes (from 50 employees up to 25,000), in a range of industries and in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
My clients tend to be Board Level Directors, but I am equally at home facilitating focus groups with ‘shop-floor’ staff.
I get a kick out of developing a deep understanding of what it's really like to work in a client organisation - and then helping my clients to make changes for the better.
